I have seen good Kigurumi before, but its a weird hobby. Kigu fans are EXTREMELY sensitive, they attacked Nyaru for her mask for various reasons but mainly cuz doing it with no "hadatai" is considered sacrilege.
That said, when done well, it looks like a full-size anime figure. They're horrifying in motion but in pictures they're nice.
