Phase support has always been super helpful and responsive in my experience, it's every other step of the fulfillment process where they keep fucking up. I've dealt with ccompanies where we spent hundreds of thousands take weeks to get back for a simple yes or no question meanwhile Phase support responds within 24 hours for a sub $50 order.
