So dooby just raided grimmi. I don't know anything about her except for the fact that her name is mentioned a lot here.
Grimmi's mother loves Native American cock , hope that helps :BijouBijou:

Also from Kanade, she's looking for a manhwa male character CEO to marry.

Raden's criteria isn't easy either but less outrageous.

1) High income
2) Handsome
3) Good in the sack

Of these three you can only have one. Pick one, woman.

What's the deal with Commando? The 1985 Arnold film, that is.

I might've missed one or two, but here are the holo JP members who have done watchalongs for it:
AZKi
Subaru
Kanata
Watame
Fubuki (two separate times)
Polka (two separate times)
Polka with Haachama
Polka with Fubuki (two separate times!)
NePoLaBo (so Polka has watched it on stream six times)
Koyori
Ririka
Vivi
And as a bonus, Patra has also done one.

Here are the holo EN members who have done a watchalong for that Hollywood movie:
...

If it was just one member seeing it often, I wouldn't think much of it, like with Fubuki having done three watchalongs for The Greatest Showman, but is Commando in particular some kind of classic hag movie in Japan or something? Or is Polka talking everybody into seeing it for themselves?
It means that it is high time for every single one of us to hit the gym.

Apparently it received some weird dub in Japanese elevating this movie to a meme. If I tried to find a comparison, its something like those Beast Wars Japanese dubs, which turned dark and serious series into a dumb comedy.

I've tried to find Japanese version of it, with English subs, but without success so far.

And speaking of 4th gen, Watame and Fauna are gonna hang out one more time later today

Flare got her "ore no IRyS" plushie!

Dyrus, the LOL legend, is gonna collab with VSPO JP's Yuuhi, and two of the EN girls in about 6 hours. Can't say I was expecting that.

If the holo girls continue their LOL grind, they might have the honor the play with the EN legend himself. Tyler1

This got brought up by a JP viewer during IRyS's Die Hard member stream the other day. Apparently, the JP dub is infamous for being hilarious.

Watch Sakuna reach the equivalent of Super Saiyan 2 for vtubers

9234252.jpg

She got a congrats from the creator of SAO too:
32557.png

32558.png

(She did a sponsored SAO pachinko stream earlier in the week. Also had a sponsored Nosh eating stream.)

Sakuna's been doing pretty well for herself in general. She opened her own website with general news updates as well as a merch website during her birthday a few weeks ago:

And she recently announced that she'll be hosting her own weekly radio show starting next month:
"Until Yuuki Sakuna Looks Good in Twintails!"

Someone from the industry reached out to her with the idea and she accepted it. She wanted to challenge herself and loved the seiyuu radio programs she used to listen to. She also thought that having something weekly for the fans to look forward to would be good, as her stream time isn't really guaranteed. There will be guests eventually but she'll likely go at it solo for a while to get comfortable first.
The name "Until Yuuki Sakuna Looks Good in Twintails!" comes from Aqua's long-held belief that the ideal idol should wear twintails. The reason she only has small, partial twintails as Sakuna is because she hasn't reached that ideal yet; she only just started after all. She wants to get stronger, stand on her own feet and solidify herself as a genuine idol before she can be worthy of wearing full twintails.

So basically, it reinforces that she became the ultimate idol under Hololive and now wants to do it on her own. It's strangely sweet when you remember that the last thing Aqua ever did was remove her twintails:
4368976.jpg

Almost like a weird self-passing of the torch.

She also hired a staff member to help her out with mail and general stuff behind the scenes. Less like a manager and more like an assistant. That person has been a big help but she's still way more busy than she expected. Things are definitely better than in November though where she was so stressed that she was barely eating and her hair was falling out. She still hates that she has to go out so much, but she's glad to be getting these offers like the sponsors and the radio. It shows to her fans that people are interested in her and that she's doing well.

Sorry for the double post but I don't think this fits with my joke above.
1. Purpose of the Market Study
Content such as animation, music, broadcasting programs, films, games, and manga are proud assets of Japan. With advancements in technology, the source of competitiveness in content creation is increasingly shifting to individual creators. On the other hand, there is a growing demand to address transactional practices that hinder appropriate return of earnings to creators, in order to establish an environment where individual creators can fully realize their creative potential.

The Japan Fair Trade Commission (JFTC) has undertaken various initiatives to promote fair and free competition in the human resource and entertainment fields. These efforts include the publication of the “Report of Study Group on Human Resource and Competition Policy” by the Competition Policy Research Center in February 2018 and the release of “Examples of Practices in the Entertainment Sector That May Violate the Antimonopoly Act” in September 2019.

Subsequently, the Content Industry Revitalization Strategy (formulated and specified in the “Grand Design and Action Plan for a New Form of Capitalism 2024 Revised Version,” approved by the Cabinet on June 21, 2024) stated “It is essential to correct trade practices in order to create a comfortable working environment for performers and others. In light of the current technological innovation, the content industry is shifting its emphasis to individual creativity. With the cooperation of the Japan Fair Trade Commission, we will conduct a fact-finding survey on trade practices in the music and broadcast program fields with an emphasis on preventing abuse of a superior bargaining position and protecting individuals, ….”

In light of these circumstances, the JFTC conducted a market study on contracts and other arrangements between performers in fields such as music and broadcasting (including artists, actors, and talents) and the entertainment agencies or production companies they are affiliated with (hereinafter referred to simply as “entertainment agencies”). This initiative aims to establish a transactional environment where individual creators can fully realize their creative potential.

2. Methods of Study
(1) Questionnaire
From August to November 2024, a questionnaire was conducted targeting 2,628 entertainment agencies. A total of 810 responses were received, resulting in a response rate of 30.8%.

(2) Voluntary Interview
From April to November 2024, interviews were conducted with a total of 95 persons and entities, as outlined below.
Performers: 29 persons
Entertainment Agencies: 37 entities
Broadcasting Companies and Program Production Companies: 10 entities
Record Companies: 8 entities
Industry Organizations: 9 entities
Experts (Lawyers): 2 persons

Even if a firm thinks of a stage name (creator's name), it belongs to the person who uses it (Tokyo High Court, July 10, 2020, Case No. 2075, Hanrei Jiho No. 2486).
They allow live-action distribution, so it's just a stage name.

And what does it mean: that vtubers who quit companies can continue to use their names, they've used under companies?

Interesting, but the character model and social media accounts will still be the property of the company, which is what a talent also really wants. I'm not sure what actually changes here if someone still has the name they performed with but entirely different social media accounts and a model legally-distinct from what they had with a company before leaving.

There are limits to the utility, but Doki and Mint could still do the second funniest thing.
