Nah, main quirk of LTSC is that you'll have to install semiannual version updates manually (hello terminal), only minor security updates can be automatic. So yeah, if your LTSC version is not latest, some programs don't like it. Adobe and any other corpo oriented software in theory should target latest+previous LTSC versions, but they're all retards now so yeah, not surprised...
