Typically not as long as the channel existed before the ban, which is why a lot of streamers have backup channels or post riskier content to subchannels.

These last few months have been big for off-collab karaoke. Another one with Hakka, U-San and more coming up:

During a clip watching stream I found out most of Asagi's thick necked daughters are either sus or hiding their power levels (Fauna, Aizawa Ema, Shishido Akari). Akari saw the set and giggled but pretended not to understand what's wrong about the one way mirror set.

What makes knowing a second language easy to notice is the accent/speech mannerisms as Kanade found out.
