I think the only Holos I've ever made a concerted effort to actually search r18 of is Bae and Kiara, because redheads to me are like brown women to GSM. I've lingered on some emo Mumei and goth Fauna pieces I've come across though.
Only Holo I specifically avoid r18 of is Calli, it makes me feel like I'm looking at pictures of my sister naked. Absolutely no personal gratification, a whole lot of "How drunk did you have to get to let them do that to you?"
I find it funny to intentionally deny sexpot type characters. I'm not sure why, it's just very entertaining to see the "sexy woman who embodies sexual desire" archetype just get sidelined and ignored.

In fact, both in relative and absolute numbers of NSFW fan content, popularity seems to be the best predictor. Attitudes towards NSFW content do matter as well, but by and large, the more NSFW friendly a given Holo, the more NSFW content they get.
