Peke is peak. She does sort of play into the cute and funny tropes, but she has a really nice voice and is a good talker. Nazuna vibes but without the menhera (so far). Once again nobody seems to know who the fuck she is and like with Hotaru before, the best guess people have is that she is a trained voice actress or someone else from the entertainment industry since she is so good at using her voice, acting the model and singing.
