Mio, Subaru and Miko did their planned Twitter Space earlier! It turns out they're actually in America, confirmed thanks to Mio having a cute slip-up:

- It is Mio's first time outside Japan! They thought things would be chill but it's been way more exciting than expected
- Didn't bring any staff to translate for them. They wanted to figure everything out with just the 3 of them
- Before the trip, Mio was naturally the most terrified one, wondered why the other two were just fine
- The scariest part in anticipation was definitely immigration, but everything went through fine. Miko recalled how she needed help when she went to California with Korone, Lui and Flare but this time, she was able to do it all on her own (with a translator).
- Subaru was super reliable, knowing how to ask for help with directions or what to do in certain spots. The power of "Excuse me" was the best.
- Mio of Knowledge, Subaru of Passion, Miko Who Could Only Say "Good Good Yummy Very Yummy!" The 3 of them make a well-balanced team.
- Subaru was surprised at everything like a kid, going "WHAT'S THIS, MIO-SHA WHAT'S THAT etc etc"
- Were surprised by how huge the food/drink portions are. The small sizes in America were medium or large for Japan.
- Without Mio, they probably wouldn't have even been able to get on the flight properly (At this point, they never said where they were but Mio slipped and accidentally said it's America).
- Miko found a lewd drawing while scrolling twitter mid-conversation
- No one here could speak English well so Subaru had to rely on passion to make it work. She said that if she speaks and holds eye contact like she's pressuring the other person, she can make it work. "EXCUSE ME, WHERE RESTROOM." The other strategy was saying "Yes" and "Thank you" to literally everything.
- This however led to funny moments like them getting a super cold sandwich and some really bad, spicy pizza.
- In general, was surprised by how kind everyone was. They thought regular store interactions and stuff would be like "Okay next" but people were really friendly and talked with a smile. They even had nice conversations in the elevator
- There was a moment where they went to look for a bathroom, but the nearest one was in a completely different area. They almost died but barely made it. Mio said that even if they pissed themselves, it woulda been okay cause they're in a different country(?)
- They still have a few days left but when they get back, they'll be doing a stream on Subaru's channel to look back on everything that happened. It should be on the 19th but might get pushed back if they're exhausted/jet-lagged.
- There was a lot that happened and a lot of firsts. It's been pretty fun and has felt like a once-in-a-lifetime adventure. They also took a ton of pictures but Subaru was worried that they might get her channel banned for some reason.

Tbf she is right, pissing oneself is a very common occurrence for American/western vtubers, some are even good at getting rid of the evidence. Mio must have done some research.

Generally, she could get the police involved as the stalker allegedly got her personal info, possibly from scouring legal documents, which are considered illegal. Indo also has its own cybersecurity law (although the practice itself is still pretty loose, and they ended up revising it a couple of times), so charges could be made already.
And since the stalker might've been around her home based on the CCTV mention, there's a small chance to identify them and work with the police to ambush them if they're still planning to be around the area.
She should also consider changing her phone numbers and her family's too though, for good measure. As annoying as it is, better to be safe than sorry especially when you can't really count on the law enforcement to be close by 24/7.
I can only pray she manages to stay safe and gets the appropriate safety measures, at the very least her fellow ID friends are there to help her when possible. Truly unfortunate timing after the stupid flower stand drama though, godspeed Kobo.
