She always has, but barely uses it.
She speaks english very often and replies to english chats a lot. She's been practicing since, I think, starting at phase. Check out a zatsu or karaoke and while some english stumps her, she has no real problem switching back and forth

with that in mind, here is another roundup of smaller streamers playing Warframe that I've enjoyed recently, starting with Episode 204 of Akariteru's playthrough (she is aggressively Australian and has nightmares about Gordon Freeman):
for a new player as of a few weeks ago, Daistea is a PNGTuber (and also Australian). perhaps Australians are more inclined to play the game? I'd believe it:
