I'm just pulling Bossman's leg. There's a lot of great people there while they have a lot of terrible people as well, it just doesn't make sense from a branding perspective to keep people who were caught stirring shit just because they have numbers, it will create this ripple effect you just described.

It's not a brand, it's a commission company.
Basically advertisers approach these commission companies so they dont have to go to individual streamers. Then these companies decide which ads goes to which streamer by themselves and then take a pay cut as commission fees from the streamers.
They want a diverse range of streamers so they can get a diverse range of ads. They care about numbers not the "talent and skills".
They dont provide anything outside of that, no managers, no money, no salary, no connections, no collabs, etc.
Filian did demonstrate they can help you finding people to work on your projects if you fork over money, but it is not part of what they are contracted to do.
