Idol Manager and the Phase Connect mod is fairly close to this. As an added bonus, there are a bunch of other mods for various vtuber groups and anime characters if that's your thing.

Crazy Racoon team leader for the Street Fighter League Dogura got a slap on the wrist from Capcom after jokingly dissing the tournament an unimportant. The other day, Botan played the Mine and Slash mod for Minecraft. As far as I'm aware, this is the first time a holomem played a Minecraft mod with major changes since Miko playing the Twilight Forest mod.
The Mine and Slash mod was also used in VCR Minecraft in which Aki, Aruran, Astel, and Rio had participated. It's possible that it used as a precedent to get it to passed through the permission bureaucracy.

FlavR (Sena/Nyana): Born as a meme, and while most of it has faded into obscurity, there are two more famous/notable examples to come out of this.
Sena - Before moving to Twitch, Sena was roughly in the 50-60 CCV range. I haven't really checked her out after she switched to Twitch.
Nyana - Somewhere along the 85-120 CCV range and she hit 30,000 subs which is fairly impressive given she is an indie. She has managed to collab with Phase members, Idol members, Indies like Filian and a bunch others.
She has a very nice voice and its pretty cool that she is getting perms for western covers. Seems like Hololive only did official JP covers and honestly, Liz's JP pronunciation is kind of shit but she could totally nail the EN songs.
