Cover was just a big name (and they actually are in that space). Frankly, even the reporting on it just sounded like unclear requirements/responses from everyone in a new, evolving industry. It also seems like the new law extended Accounts Payable protections? Probably a good thing.
I'll allow some Formula Dank stuff to seep into here. But under no circumstance is F1 Fanfic going to go unreported around here. We do NOT want that stench around.

I thought Ame's doxx was pretty confirmed ages ago? I guess no one bothered to check IMDB with it. Granted, I'm not sure anyone ever assumed she was in production like that. But her going full in on Streaming during COVID makes absolute sense. The industry was almost destroyed by the stupidity.

It's allowed here, it's just mostly no one really cared that much since probably 2021 about it. The only actual new info she really dropped was confirming working in the entertainment industry previously (that isn't too surprising given how techie she is) and that she's Cuban descended. Her face doxx has been out since since basically the beginning, and it was known she's some flavor of light-skinned Latin.
Gura is the only one that's not well understood, mostly because the rest were already pretty damn public before joining Hololive. Though credit to the madlads the worked out Fauna's from the most scant of hard information. That was some Rainbolt-levels of impressive.

There's no LLC in Japan, and I'm not aware of any of those laws giving corporate entities better protections than sole proprietors - if anything it's the opposite, all of the protections for small companies apply to sole proprietors even if your business becomes big enough that it wouldn't normally qualify. One of the things that Japan gets right is that it's extremely easy to work as a sole proprietor without needing to incorporate.
