Even if the bait part was true, it wouldn't matter. The easiest way to get a job in Japan is to be living in Japan. It's virtually impossible to find a place to live in Japan without having a job with a big Japanese company, but once you're renting a place it's very hard to throw you out (and even if you have no job, a big company work visa will be long enough to give you time to find a husband and a sugar daddy, maybe even the same person). These are all weebs who dream of living in Japan and a company that lasts just long enough to get them settled down in Japan suits them just fine, hell they'd probably pay them for it.
