Oh that's 2.5 Dimensional Seduction. It's a harem ecchi manga which recently gotten an anime release this year and is kinda like the antithesis of My Dress Up Darling despite having the same overall premises (upcoming cosplayer girl teaming up with unassuming male character to do cosplay stuff). The former is more about cosplaying community/otaku aspect with harem elements while the latter is more toward the process of creating a cosplayer costumes with single-targeted romance plot.
And yes, the main female character of the series, Lilysa Amano almost look like Hitomi Chris, except looking more livelier and well, exist as a anime character instead of a bygone, retconned history of Hololive

I used to have friends who were into that shit i used to be a con-goer and a TCG player. I "know" things. Zeta decided to settle in Japan in order to work for hololive, and although life has been a tough test for her, she says she will persevere because it has always been her dream to settle in Japan.Hopefully she will soon get support from hololive like Fuwamoco, Mori, Irys, Kiara....
