Azehara's post is good advice being given in earnest, so it will probably be ignored.

The thing that really fascinates me about this, especially after the Nijisanji shitshow, is that these people genuinely don't seem to realise that framing a talent as an active aggressor on their way out is terrible optics. I couldn't tell you whether it's right or wrong to list off their crimes or not, that would require weighing up the options of making accusations against someone who may not have the means to fight back vs. sharing a vague notice that lets rumours brew about the talent, but for the company's reputation a simple message stating there was a contract violation will always look better.

People are cynical of corporations. Often far too much so, and there are times where the talent is genuinely in the wrong. But the inherent power dynamic of a company vs. an individual will make most people side with the individual as a knee-jerk reaction the moment it gets ugly and that will become the narrative, so it's in the company's interest to avoid letting it become ugly in the first place - by not escalating it and instead remaining professional on their social media channels.

if you understand what it takes to grow as a creator, then prove it through content, or work towards getting to that point - it's not going to be easy, it's going to be an incredibly long and difficult process! but you won't get there if you throw in the towel or keep saying "I can't"
