I'd bring back Mel, her termination felt like a terrible loss that didn't need to happen. All of the other graduates are either doing better now or I consider them a poor fit for Holo.
I was about to post the same thing and add Coco if she wants to sign on as an honorary streamer-only mascot deal where she get's her old model back and can stream as often or little as she wants without any idol obligations.
