Niji's SKB group is also degen but doesn't mean much in the EN fanbase behaviour. Even the "singing oneesan" Suzuka Utako introduced herself as a shotacon and lolicon (men under 18 is shota for her). The main difference would be they clearly adhere to the comic LO motto (NO touch) and the reasonable people understand they are not going to do alphabet style grooming. Also not folding at the first sign of pressure helps (having fans play along with policemen and police car emojis help).
