The Matsuri clip I'm looking for was the first time I heard his name, and it's because she straight up name drops him and reference one of his more infamous works. I can find tons of people referencing her doing this, but the clip is no where to be seen as far as I can tell. It was a big early clip with hundreds of thousands of views. I would keep searching but I don't really want to keep searching his name over and over:pomuStare:

Lolisho/Loli doujin artist who iirc part of ComicLO (aka what Hololive Matsuri has read according to the clip posted by continous guy above). Infamous for a loli doujin he drew involving ugly bastard disguising himself as house-to-house radiation checker worker (something something after fukushima disaster)

Aside of that, the thing I heard about the guy is that he drew a doujin themed about Utaites that is apparently ripped from an actual scandal involving JP utaites grooming minors.

There was at least one big holoclipper that deleted all clips older than a year recently, and it got rid of a bunch of classic clips that are hard to find. Guy still makes new holo clips too, no idea why he deleted the older ones. Others might have done the same or just got their channels hit with bullshit for w/e reason.

I vaguely remember the clip you are talking about, she was solo playing minecraft and was underground while yammering on about that stuff, that doesn't really narrow things down much in that early era, but still.
