So there is a mighty coincidence if the person I found and Kelsey aren't related. On her old Tumblr @kerukkuma she lists ethnicity as Austrian (among others) and her Italian surname is actually a minor part of her blood. Looking for Canadian, specifically French Canadian, women in their 30s I stumbled on a few. Most are complete nothing burgers, but there are two that could be related to her, either as cousins, in-laws, or sister(s). But the truly interesting one, I'm unsure if they are related, but there are some big flags.

Has Austrian citizenship. Her name is Jenna Lorraine Parnigroni. Most of her handles are based on Jenna Lorraine. She worked for the now defunct Panda Global esports organization. Her LinkedIn has her as Jenna P. Poshmark as Jenna Lorraine Parnigoni. On twitter she says she was raised by a gay father.

She is a full on libtard and has (a) kid(s) and lives in Quebec and speaks French and has the same surname. Likes Japan and nerdshit. Has a pic of her wearing an jap Idol outfit. No mention of sister(s)/Kelsey though. It could be she married a Parnigoni as there are old usernames of just Jenna Lorraine. Interesting at any rate. Canada is much harder to find familial ties because every company and their government don't sell data to literally everyone. Oh and if you squint real hard you can see some facial similarities but they are White women.
