If it works for him then it's whatever, it's just not particularly wise to put all his eggs in one basket by nuking the other channel. Even if the game itself stays relevant for a long time it can be hard to stay motivated to play the same thing every fucking day for content; lord knows we saw enough of the early-2010s Minecraft YouTubers go insane to prove that.
