I'd have to wait for a proper translation because it could just mean an optional registration system (I think Hololive has one of those?), but if they actually do mandate it, good luck actually enforcing that without pissing away the last bit of goodwill left.

I've heard some say it might be a similar system to VSPO! where they'll get an ID# to put in the description to show that their a verified clipper approved by the company
