Mari Mari is pretty sane, she's just a free spirit.
I would put Uruka as semi-sane.
Runie is actually well-adjusted, and Airi is just pon.

Airi's job already drives her insane, she uses all her insanity there and is left with nothing but pon for her streams

But Uruka and Mari are roughly on comparable scale, so you're also kinda right.
