I don't begrudge someone deciding to take a break and not doing anything productive or going anywhere for a holiday, everyone has different ways to unwind and destress and Kelsey deserves a break from work just as much as anyone else. But yeah, her endlessly posting about far-left political drivel that's not even relevant to her doesn't really feel like a break to me. At least starting at the gym is the one good thing she's done with her holiday, hopefully it helps with her physical and mental health.
