• Language
  • Countries or regions which speak latin-derived languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French) in the americas (excluding Quebec/Acadia)
• Culture
  • Countries which have a mixed Spanish/Portuguese/French (sometimes?) and Amerindian post-colonial culture.
• Ethnicity
  • The mixed races resulting from colonization
    • Mestizos (White + Amerindian)
    • Mulatos (White + Black)
    • Zambos (Amerindian + Black)
    • Other further mixing of these three
  • Other integrated racial groups (whites, blacks and Amerindian remnants) and modern immigrants (Chinese, Hindus, Arabs, Jews) which fulfill conditions 1 and 2

Any English/Dutch colonies may fulfill condition three but "latino" comes from "latinoamericano" which relates to latin, which is solely a linguistic thing. If you're gonna talk about mixed race then just say "mutt" or "rapebaby" but that would also include plenty of amerifats.

Idk why siestas are tied to Mexicans, in my experience those are much more common in spain where most people actually go home to have lunch and sleep for like an hour before returning to work (even kids).
