It's more clearly notable before the backing track kicks in but you can hear a tinge of modulation in the start from where the audio is being pitch shifted. Yeah, but not really perfectly. If you get the audio and isolate the vocal track from the bgm you can toy around with it, but the problem there is that without an idea of what the original, unaltered voice sounds like you wouldn't really know when you have a real result and anything you do end up with could be accidental confirmation bias. Consider it like, if this is pitched up from the baseline of 100 to, say, 80, you could pitch it down to 90 and the voice sounds fairly normal with minimal to nearly no audio artifacting that can just essentially end up handwaved because the input now is so altered from the original base recording, it could sound unaltered but be a false positive because the real baseline is still a lower pitch. That's also not accounting for any other issues introduced by a non-source recording being altered, like if you rip the audio from this uploaded clip, if it was recorded/clipped off of the debut stream audio for example, then this audio has been basically recorded and saved twice and subject to compression and all that shit again.

Everyone can be a VTuber! Heck, you don't even need a virtual avatar, and can stream your real self regularly, even if you *do* have one! You don't even need to stream, just say that you're a VTuber, and boom, you're a VTuber!

You're a bit behind the times, she was dropped partially by her own simps too for pick me, grifter behavior when all that Elfin shit went down.
