I meant on the app side before they send the request to the bank. The bank I know you can but it can be iffy and in my experience if it fucks up they would charge you, but the app wouldn't register it and the money would end up in limbo for a while.

It sounds like this was done entirely with the money she had sitting in her PayPal account, it never involved the bank. This would be a lot easier to resolve if it the bank was involved, but PayPal is dog shit and probably won't do anything.

His mama seems to be a Chinese/Taiwanese artist. @Phantasm (who I just found out is temp banned) should really watch the lore video, since his favourite VTuber Saruei has a VA role in it.

Apart from that, he also released a cover. In the description he mentions that this song was actually supposed to be his first cover as Magni, but it never got to be released. The video features cameos from most of the current Holostars PLs as well as countless other VTubers like Shoto, Geega, Saruei and @superduper, all drawn by himself.
