When they were pushing the whole "volunteer" thing I suspected it was bullshit but to have confirmation that it came from the organizers is nice to know. I agree with what Kirsche said on her last stream that volunteering wont fix anything and at that point you are just giving them free labor.

Interesting talk from Koyori/Lisa collab
- VSPO does not have individual manager (they are busy combatting VSPO porn)
- The talent are told to do whatever the fuck they want. "You are responsible adult you don't need supervision"

- VSPO does weekly meeting where all the talents are squished into a zoom call. This is when they discuss everything, asking for support for projects, etc. All communication are done on this weekly meeting, in front of everyone who joined.
- You can choose to join the meeting on Monday / Wednesday / Friday, if you chose Monday then you don't have to show up on the other 2 day and vice versa.
- There are sporadic communication with some staffs, but the weekly meeting are where most things are done.
- These community meeting ended up bonding the girls closer together and VSPO itself is a very tightly knitted corpo

tl;dr: VSPO avoided "difference in directions" by having no direction and operates more similar to VShojo than Hololive/Nijisanji.

Given the lack of management I wonder if the profit share is still 50/50.
