In a science, you observe something, and then watch what happens under a proposed hypothesis. If you speak of this hypothesis, out loud, it won't change the outcome in any way. You can shout out loud "raindrops taste like like IPA!" and it won't change the result.

In economics, if you so much as make a comment or write about what you expect the market to do, based on your observations?
