I heard diagnoses for women is an issue in the medical world but does that still apply for advanced diagnostics like MRIs? I assumed it was getting referred to advanced testing was the difficult part and since most people can't afford private healthcare they just have to suck it up.

Communities were organizing to make memes and flags while invading the territory of other communities.

People figured out that the Germans were botting the German flag and they were super spergs about it. When another bigger community finally focused on them, they cried about them using bots. They claimed that the Germans botting wasn't really botting because they were botting with their actual accounts and not creating new accounts to bot with, which was revealed to also be bullshit.

I had Rock Raiders as a kid and played it a lot, but after getting that same nostalgia itch a few years ago it most certainly does not hold up as a game for adults. The minion IA is completely stupid and has zero self-preservation instinct so the automatic gameplay loop is super inefficient, and most vehicle types are fairly pointless. There's a guy doing a complete reconversion called Manic Miners but there's only so much you can do with the base game blocks.
