A quick look back at her other outfits, actually, she didn't get a buff. They just finally let them be free. And added heavy jiggle. Plus midriff and the medium hair.
Edit: I forgot the "penguin" suit had skin-tight look. She's been using outfits that just don't accentuate them much. But the jiggle is just more noticeable.
They went from a couple of missile nosecones to actual breasts is all yeah....
Definitely seems buffed and more bouncy than I remember her old one. I guess she wanted to be more like her oshi. Nice barong. (Or however it is spelled.)
The face and such doesn't seem much different though? Is this just a body upgrade and not a whole redesign like IRyS? Tracking still bad on her mouth too.
It's just a new outfit, background/set and cover MV. So it's a bit of a bit, but it's the first time she's had a short hair outfit in a good number of years. It's a bit more of a "refresh" of the channel, I suppose.
It's kinda just like an upgrade kit. But a really good upgrade kit. I definitely prefer having this as the default outfit than her original 'penguin' version. Even the proportions of her body look much more natural than her og slenderman lookin ass.
I wonder if the refresh and better proportions will carry over to her 3D as well? That model was even worse looking with crazy long and skinny limbs.

Probably since this feels like her new default look going forward. If Fubuki and Miko got 3D refreshes too, I don't see why they won't do one for Kaela as well.
It doesn't seem to actually be a full model touch-up. I think the 3D has gotten adjusted a couple of times already, but the primary issue there was always just how tall she was compared to everyone else. But they did rework the chest overlay and jiggle physics. Heh.
