I'm not bitching, I'm making jokes about my experiences with the thread split, which has lead to a worse environment for discussing the less favoured corpos.

I'm giving it another couple of weeks, but for now I don't see any reason why anyone who wants to discuss VShojo or Nijisanji would bother joining the forum. After that I'm just going to go back to mostly posting in general.

Not really, but even so, it means the situation for new people didn't improve and any existing discussion got kneecapped.

Alot of Vshojos had occasional positive mentions even here, Matara's association with Mint also made her likeable here, same with Michi's ex niji sympathy. Henya is pretty much the same as she was as Pikamee, although she has been sick for a while.
Ironmouse and Froot are probably the only unlikeable tards, and Mel is a whore so she wont get that many mentions, Mysta/Kuro is probably the one with the least amount of overlap here. but other than that, lots of VSJ people did have a following here

and Zentroon is a joke even if hes actually a she and always was.

The rest are also fine but no one really noteworthy unless you want to count Froot fucking all those guys.

I didin't even realize AmaLee officially joined up with them and it's depressing that Haruka's debut only had 28 viewers kind proving i never learned to read please forgeev. Vsho is doing nothing for you unless your already at least medium sized (she was more popular when she was indie)

I don't know what they put in the water around where you live for you to have turned out like this.
You completely missed the fucking point, almost as if you're trying to.

I don't care about the nature of the discussion as long as it is held in good faith. And whatever Proctor's perception of the pre-split world was, a lot of the discussion about the less favoured corpos was held in good faith, at least in my opinion.

With the segregated communities, people who were even just passingly interested in what went on in VShojo will now not get to see a thing because the only thread it is supposed to be posted in is fucking dead.

I'm still in the process of collating the numbers, but they bear this out. Against what your perception clearly seems to be, a lot of the VShojo posting I did pre-split got a majority positive reactions and oftentimes engaging follow up comments that sometimes end in interesting conversations about greater topics beyond VShojo themselves.

Also, as a general rule, you don't have to be a fan of a corpo or an individual talent to be interested in certain happenings surrounding them. I barely give a fuck about half of the tiny corpos that get discussed here and I wouldn't consider wasting my free time on a Phase Connect stream, but I was still interested when something major or even not-so-major was happening with them. But the people who don't see themselves as fans are likely not going to have a tab reserved for that corpos extremely slow moving thread, even if they would be interested when it pops up in the general thread.

tl;dr need natural discussions regarding Vshojo, putting it in a thread doesn't really work despite general thread pre-split has folks here having good faith discussing it. Making it happen in a separate place didn't work out because it requires people who do have the same opinion to enjoy vshojo compared to natural discussions between people that either likes it, dislikes it, or neutral.

How long ago? I'm down in the USA but I'm astounded when friends who are just 5 years younger than me are surprised about all the stuff I had to do in school and I'm shocked and what was cut from their curriculum.
