...is that even a thing?
Actually, unironic question, how is PixelLink doing overall?
It's been a thing since at least Gen 2, when Pixel got black corpo veterans Kanna and Wisu (the latter apparently hand-picked by ToraP). Pretty sure Pixel has attracted a lot of corpo refugees over the past year too with all the implosions, plus the slew of unity events Kanna has organized since the middle of this year.
With Wisu it became an in-joke that ToraP (or Fatcat as /vt/ calls him) had to perform some arcane ritual to break her corpo killer curse:

So far, it appears to have been working out, though Wisu trails everyone else in subs (which I think has more to do with how she was really limited by her PC from streaming a lot of games for a while + a few breaks slowing her momentum). Some noombas:

These sub counts are nothing spectacular for small corpos, but it's worth noting that Gen 1 have doubled their sub counts since the start of the year. Raki and Lottie in particular started this year with ~10K subs each, so they've already more than doubled. The modest sub count also conceals a pretty healthy viewership for a corpo in its weight class. All but Chiaki and Miuna are firmly in 3view territory, with Raki and Kanna hitting 4view depending on the stream (though both benefit from the ASMR buff).
I would say PixelLink is in a good position right now as far as small corpos go. Kanna is the real breakout talent considering what she's achieved in a bit over 6 months. Pixel is growing, but it's choosing a relatively slow and steady path to growth. They're not doing numbers inflation through Brave subcount chicanery, an aggressive YT Shorts game or outright botting like V&U. It probably also helps that a lot of the competition folded this year.
Above all, it seems to be the most stable small corpo around, with all the talents being satisfied enough that they all stream very consistently (generally about 5-7 in a week if no one's on break, 10+ for workaholics like Kanna and Daiya, or 3-4 for those with multiple commitments like Miuna, who recently became a full-time college student). Worth noting too is that unlike most small corpos they're not reliant on donothons to keep things going, which is a big green flag. Since they started last year, they've had a grand total of 3 donothons - once with Nebi, another for Miuna's tuition, and one for Kanna's birthday (which she clarified was entirely her own choice).
If I'm not mistaken, the generally accepted view is that everyone's in for at least two years, with the exception of Nebi who ended her contract early. Other than her, they're all good girls who actually like streaming. Their bread and butter is CGDCT unwind content (and some are very parasocial if you're into that). If I had to describe them as a whole, I would say they're all some flavor of girl-next-door.

Mostly not other than sporadically in their /vt/ general, and I'd like to think those are mostly ironic. In my case it was just a joke about Bri being Kanna's former genmate in Vrev, and they still keeping in touch and doing events and collabs together.
Fine-ish for a small corpo, I'd say? Looking at their numbers

, they're still quite far from those of Phase when the girls started saying the company was cash flow positive, but Gen 2 has been more successful than Gen 1 and the entire company is overall inclining.
To put it in Brave Group terms, I'd say they're above Globie and below VSPO EN, so around V4Mirai levels?
Playboard gives me these average CCVs, I assume from the last 30 days' data:
PixelStart+
Raki - 221 (max 762)
Lottie - 132 (max 420)
Chiaki - 75 (max 438)
Miuna - 65 (max 325)
PixelChronicle
Kanna - 380 (max 1257)
Chio - 159 (max 495)
I've run out of profile views for today, so if someone can look up Arisu and Daiya for me I'd appreciate it. I expect them to be slightly below Chio.
Daiya - 140 (max 351)
Arisu - 130 (max 556)
Also, if you want some more Phase parallels, another running joke with Pixel is that ToraP's original vision was a Gamer Girl Company, basically VSPO EN before VSPO EN, but none of the girls ever quite fit in that criteria. The joke revolves around an old tweet from when they were still setting up:
If Fishman has his Idol dream, ToraP has his Gamer Girl dream.
