2. Venezuela, literally lawless socialist hellhole
3. Cuba, like Vnz but their economy isn't as shit
4. Honduras, crime-ridden and irrelevant
5. Guatemala, Honduras #2 and knuckles
6. Paraguay, fucking irrelevant nobody remembers them
7. Bolivia, full of shitskins and endlessly malding about their coastline
8. Ecuador, boring and irrelevant
9. Nicaragua, endlessly malding about everything also butts into other countries' business

Costa Rica, best tourist destination in latam by far, very much safe and their economy is all tourism.

Argentina and Chile are mostly safe and good for visiting but also politically unstable atm.
Peru is cool but may be a bit too rural for some people.
Mexico is VERY COOL but you have to watch where you go.
Panama and D.R. are pretty good for travelling and are developed for foreigners but they're likewise expensive.

Everywhere else is far more adventurous and I wouldn't recommend.
