She's the only one who was silent about events iirc, and was less negative about them during her first stream after. So even if it happens she might not share it. Feels like she's the most sensible one so far. Not suprising since she manages merch shops, probably doesn't want to deal with drama.
Or they favored her for some reason and she got better treatment
"Deal" might be unrelated to any contract or signed NDA. If I had to guess, Project F is going to simply renege on promises and hope that the existence of an NDA keeps the talents quiet. They haven't exactly shown great professionalism so far, and the agency itself is a lost cause.

Kisa/Ai's been silent about the matter, as usual. Very few things that could by any stretch of the imagination be considered vague posting as Kisa (this is coming from the bias of really loving and missing her PL, mind you), which relate only to the Kisa persona. Nothing that seems amiss as Ai.

I can see both sides of the story more or less. Anyone who speaks out against industry practices will likely be permanently blacklisted by any corporation whatsoever. I have heard enough to believe firmly that large corporations communicate with each other quite regularly about potential applicants and past experiences. This would logically extend downwards to any moderately-sized group like V&U, PC, Idol, etc. Being known as a whistleblower is a dangerous thing.
On the other side of the coin, nothing will ever get better if companies are not exposed for their bad practices and new vtubers are not given full, easy access to educational material that helps them make informed decisions.
