Why do you people always assume it's about money ? She said she was planning to graduate for a while, but Hogwarts drama solidified her decision. My guess is that VOMS somehow fucked up on supporting her through the drama. Whether they pressured her to apologize, didn't talk to her at all.
And that she just felt isolated at voms.
Pikamee commissioning various new models outside of the Gyari ones very likely also created some form of either friction/awkwardness with Gyari as the whole point of him designing and putting VOMS together was to promote his work and make money off their chuuba merch. The newer non-Gyari models that she's been using more and more frequently dilute and nerfs the merch opportunities that Gyari 100% pockets (as agreed upon) as these are no longer his designs. And I wouldn't be surprised if there's also some lingering awkwardness from back when Gyrari had to publicly fire, disavow and nuke Monoe from existence for her alleged "contract breach".
In the end, I think KSon likely just swooped in at the perfect time with a pretty attractive sweetheart VShoujo/Twitch deal just as things were starting to get more and more awkward with Gyari/VOMS. Pikamee being the VOMS Golden Goose likely warranted her a bit more leeway which is why she and Gyari were able to come to a mutual parting of ways.

Because is the most likely reason due to the outcome we saw. Voms isn't a corpo, they're basically a group of actors employed by a dude to shill his designs, they have no staff and they're pretty much left to do what they want within reason by the looks of it(look at tomoe). She was an indie basically that didn't get a cut of her merch but got to keep all of the donations.
Being isolated is unlikely because she could interact with anyone she wanted all the time. Jumping ship because of lack of support I can see a bit more because well she isn't in a corpo but to jump ship to a place where one of their own talents shit on another while she was getting being harassed already is pretty stupid among the other bullshit from before. Then you have Kson shilling her crackden with all the talent freedom and money she keeps and what am I to assume other than she went full jew, not idol jew though, I think she would do way better there.
However, one reason I can see why she joined and it would be hilarious is that she just wanted nice model tailor made that she didn't have to pay for and just went for vshojo cause maybe she gets to keep it when she quits.
Vshojo doesnt seem to be much different honestly atleast when it comes to their organizational structure. That said she will have more exposure to sponsors and other merch deals. Voms is a tiny company with a very limited market in Japan. Love it or hate it Vshojo as a brand has great recognition all over the world.

The Hogwarts thing happens and everyone wants to make her a chess piece in the culture war. Today we learned that she was never playing that game herself. She was chasing the bag all along. The Twitter freaks are saying that and using it as justification for why their behavior wasn't that bad, and though I of course don't agree with the justification, they're not wrong about the outcome.
What should you do with your memes? Just delete them and free up the space for a classic game or something. The culture warrior you emotionally invested yourself in was never on your side in the first place.
