The weirdest thing I realize is I know Destiny because of his talk with a then semi-pro League player who was so upset his girlfriend played a champion he didn't like that he leaked her nudes and in over an hour long conversation Destiny could not convince him he was a retard. The guy, XJ9, did try to do pushups on stream and it's the kind of pushups you'd expect from a League player.

Why? I never played GW2, but I did play GW1 and thought it was stupid people called it an MMO when it was a Diablo game with an animated hub instead of a generic lobby.

MMOs are basically grind simulators with an online chatroom attached to them. It's pretty crazy how JP media tries to make them out to be the whole shebang but really it's just the few people who enjoy grinding so much they won't get out of their seats to participate in reality.

At this point MMOs (in the online chatroom with randos sense) have been supplanted by VRChat (which in fairness is basically just VR Second Life).
