I can't decide if it's better to have Elden Ring be an intro game or another Souls. On the one hand so much of the power creep in the franchise is due to the increasing average skill of the playerbase, on the other, most of Elden Ring's bullshit comes from a desire to fuck with the accumulated experience of previous Souls players. Probably still DS1 is the best intro. Maybe Panko could get in for some coop action to help her out, that'd be great.
