They wouldent. They already dumped the time and money into translating it and making the Global client, and are running a public demo next week at a con. Pippa was just being a sped cause she brainwormed herself into thinking that the thing people have done since the game came out was suddenly going to keep her from playing it in english.
tl;dr the girls in the game are based on real life racehorses, the owners don't want people jacking off to their horse, if they get too upset they might revoke the dev's permission to use their horse's likeness
Not all of them, one of the owner's (I don't remember who) only complaints was that his horse did not have big enough tits.
