I have little doubt they are talking. I've seen people mentioning since the Off-Kai shit last year about how Pippa hasn't publicly defended Kirsche this whole time so obviously they hate each other and yet Fox is still completely pro-rabbit.
Kirsche is.. well fox-brained but has shown she is capable in other areas like her business and for all the women moments she seems to handle it quite well, and understands Pippa's public limitations with her being in Phase and doesn't hold them against her. Hopefully some day the many retardedness will stop and these two can openly play together again.

Paid mods would solve this whole issue. If you're getting paid to do it, you can be reprimanded for complaining, and you can stop bitching and moaning every time you have to do your job.

Self-fulfilling prophecy, they need it less in the first place, less workload. Some of them can probably do it themselves. For the talents in the middle range where they have a lot of chatters but not enough income to supplement, I would consider that something Phase should do anyway as a business expense.
