This nigga is retarded. The way they do healthcare is antiquated to western standards. You will still spend money out of pocket, you will still play ping pong between doctors. You cannot buy over the counter meds that are common here. Treatment standards especially regarding pain can suck (during birth, breaking a bone, post surgery etc.)

The reason houses in Japan aren't bad is because there isn't as much regulation in terms of what you can build so you can make as much housing as needed instead of devoting a certain amount of land for diversity projects.
Yeah, I know we don't leave this thread all that often and Pippa does not collab with them all that often, but she is part of a corporate entity that would complicate that
Remember when we were in the house-buying arc 1.5-ish years ago? 
Gonna be real living in a house where your window opens to a concrete wall and your walls are literally paper-thin would be depressing. Not sure if it's like that everywhere, but one big pro of regulation even if there does need to be less of it. Stayed in an airbnb in a real neighborhood... it was pretty eye-opening.
As an actually serious response, finding a place in a mid-size town over here is pretty much exactly what she talks about wanting. People leave you alone, and basically everything you'd need on a day-to-day basis is in walking distance.
Just avoid the 'diverse' areas (mainly London and Manchester, and a few poor areas) and there's probably very little she would actually find objectionable.
She's been thinking out loud about loopholes to work around that, but it'd kind of a moot point if she's a resident, I think anyone she upset could sue her personally if she said something that upset them if they couldn't go through Phase/another agency.
Indies ignore it because they don't draw enough attention to themselves to be worth anyone's time suing, but there's always an exception to the rule and I could see Phase not wanting to risk it.
JP Phase talents have to get permissions for games, as I understand it. If Pippa suddenly became a streamer in Japan I imagine she'd have to follow the same rules.
