As long as she tells people ahead of time, I don't think it'll reach the other Japan trips. That's what really upset people, was being told streams were going to happen, and then the slate of what we got.

Generally don’t get wasted, wasted wasted so much that it’s become your reputation, your spending, and your default state around friends habitually when you already have preexisting poor constitution. It’s dangerous, darnit Pippa.

I like the product that comes out of it as a fan, obviously (the April Fools cover was so good) but one thing that really got to me before I watched Phase was how Hololive etc. always seemed to sacrifice stream time for these projects that surely aren’t turning that much more of a profit than a subathon or stream event would (in Phase’s case*)? If someone is a streamer primarily and people are fans for the stream content, they should prioritize streaming, IMO. Other stuff is great but it’s not like the talents are organizing these things, so you lose days to weeks of normal stream scheduling for a 3~ minute song you might not even get to see because you need to get a ticket to a tiny-ass concert across the country that’s in addition to whatever membership fee you might pay to the channel, if someone has one of those.

I’m gonna start sounding like a true Phase anti if we lose a ton of streams to con season again. At least her communication is awesome this time so it’s not totally bad/wholly within her control.

This is my personal issue, has been since they axed all the con related streams to farm FOMO, if you're burning weeks worth of streams to make stuff that a fraction of the fanbase is going to see or you have to be brow beaten by tenma for a fucking year to release publicly then imo it's not worth it. These kinds of things would have been fine if the week of the con itself didn't turn into a stream drought like they have done the last few times, but both the weeks before and the week of just being dead is shit as a fan. I'm not paying hand over fist going to a con where 1/10th of the content is phase when I only give a fuck about phase.

She mentioned a good compromise during the last stream where instead of trying to plan shit she would just stream when a window in her schedule opens up. Sucks not having advanced warning but as long as the vods survive I think most people can understand that between business/mamakin/& time zones a perfect solution is not likely to exist for this trip & streaming.

As for the sickness I'd chalk it up to her being overstressed lately, over tired, and then over drinking and her body just went fuck it & fuck you and crashed.
