Luckily, those who are deplatformed are not fully deplatformed (like nool) for the most part. It still should be criminal and it's a massive pain in the ass, but it's not totally over for most even if they can't appeal/money their way through. Small conciliation tho.
The Take it Down Act at the federal level or the recent act, out of the second loudest state, Texas, about art/"art" shit, ya it can seem bleak with their arguably over broad language that burdens 1A, but the supreme court, even with the strong conservative bend, actually treats the 1A with reverence, so I don't think it's totally over just will take time (if and when it's necessary).
True and sadly time and following the system, with all its faults, is our only solution.
It's worth noting here though that when PEW did a poll about the favorability on the bill of rights, immigrants had the lowest view of them. We can't hope to have freedom of speech when we have Yamanbas bix nooding around/not caring/not having the ability to care about our country's origins. That is to say, as some parts look bad due to slipping into authoritarianism, other aspects get better (total spic deportation w/ ICE seemingly avoiding some court oversight). I guess, I hope, it's an order of operations issue after correctly identifying the true issue(s) that need to be addressed first to get back to or even strengthen our rights.
