Generally speaking with types like Nyanners and iDubbbz It's moreso the complete pulling of the rug out from under the audience and shitting on the people who propelled them upwards rather than just a content switch on its' own. To be fair to her I'm sure Yuko thought everyone would have a good laugh about things and that no one, or at least very few people, would end up having such a parasocial connection to what's essentially a meme, right? Right?

It's kind of a similar thing with Yuko because she did make a bigger deal of distancing herself from the coom streams than she probably needed to; but unlike pink cat/Anisa's husband who were obviously just trying to pander to a different demographic, it did genuinely feel like personal growth moving away from incredibly unhealthy behaviour (that probably only got as bad as it did because she had a Person of Reticule in her ear who enjoyed the shekels it brought in). I'm not surprised it fucked up her career, but I still feel kinda bad seeing someone get punished for what was essentially self-improvement.
