As likely one of the only twitch watchers here, this is a nothing burger. Adept is fishing after failing in one state so she's trying in another state after getting btfod. I think there's another lolsuit about her stealing his fancy car ongoing? xQc is determined to not give her any moneys. Adept is BROKE and likely in debt so she needs cash nownownow, so she's escalating a bit in the allegations.
