As for indies i think is mostly gonna be Phase friends with some big names here and there, i can think of:

And the final question, will fishman invite Kirsche? who knows, but i think he most likely will cause she is really big now to ignore, it would also be a big "F U" to offkai staff

I think deadass the largest one was the Pippa cosplayer, with 54k twitter followers, a good amount of very well liked Hololive cosplays and a decent ass cosplay portfolio.
I think the rest were either under 10k follows and most were under 5k, by cosplay standards thats small time considering they got hired by a relatively big company like Phase

A few of them also cosplayed the talents the year before at Offkai and were well received, so I'm sure it was easy to get into contact with them about doing it on a more official level this year. Could have easily made other connections through them as well.

Off the top of my head, I know Rie's and Tenma's (two other really good ones) are the same from last year, as well as Uruka's.
