The JPs seem creative, but I can't understand shit. I can only really understand Yuu's energy. I looked in some of their chats, and they seem to have dedicated JP viewers. That's nice, hopefully they can keep growing and not feel like they have to depend on the EN audience.
Their onscreen translators help even if they're not always accurate. If you're someone who just likes to listen in the background I can get where you're coming from
Thing is, searching "show bobs" turns up plenty of stuff you would think they'd be mad at as well.

Goalkeeper Shiina is too smol for a goalie, even a substitute one.
Sweeper MariMari's calling is the offense, not defense.
Left Back I can see Panko's defensive value, given her ancestry (catenaccio), but much like MariMari, I feel she's more the offensive type.
Right Back Uruka is never going to play a straight pass, let's be honest.
Center Midfield Rie is trash no matter her position. Clara I feel plays best as a defensive left winger.
Center Forward No. I understand Clio's desire for a more flashy role, but she's clearly the brains of the operation. She belongs in the center back.
Personally, I'd suggest the following (4-3-3):
Goalkeeper Hikanari Hina; she's absent when it's going well, but there when you need her
Center Backs Dizzy & Airi. Pon CBs make for entertaining games, and they're prone to hating their position as is
Left Back Pico. Not a glamorous position and often overlooked, but gets shit done
Right Back Memory. You need someone willing to cut the opponent down when they're already this deep in your own half
Central Midfield Clio. Brains of the operation
Left Winger Clara
Right Winger Jelly
Left Forward Tenma. Just an aggressive type who fits there.
Right Forward Panko. Creative when offensive.
Striker Sleepy. Firepower before the goal
