From what I've seen, she doesn't do her streams in any way that comes across as whorish or anything like that - she's genuinely doing her activity, typically cooking, and not behaving, acting, showing, or talking in a suggestive way.

Yeah I don't think I'd classify Memory's handcams as e-thottery like I would Loki's cosplay stuff.

My hot take is that once streamers start doing cosplay streams (unless it's kayfabe where the vtuber cosplays as their own character) it's a slippery slope that could lead to e-thottery, due to pressure from horny viewers who demand more and the uptick in views it generates. Whether that's good or bad is up for debate.
TBH I might just be overthinking this shit, I initially thought there'd be an uptick in fleshstreaming across the company after Loki introducing it but so far that hasn't transpired.

It's been six months and the only person who has gone down the slippery slope is Loki, who was going down said slope since the start, and has still kept within the boundaries set by Phase Connect since the change in rules. Meanwhile, we have other talents taking advantage of the loosened rules to do cooking streams, scrapbooking, opening cards and merch, and we even had a gun-cleaning stream, without descending into sexualized content. All the other content that has opened up has been very fun content. I don't like what Loki is doing, but overall the loosening of rules has been a good change and not been detrimental to Phase.

Were all those (aside from the gun cleaning and Memory's cosplay cooking) a result of the loosened rules though? I recall seeing Shiina, Panko, and Rie doing cooking streams in the past, Pippa had that merch opening stream after the first Japan visit, and both Shiina and Nasa did PCG pack opening streans as well. I think the relaxed perms are like the free gym benefits, the option is on the table but whether the talents take advantage of it is another story.

Well yeah that's kind of the point of the perms. So far, even Rie, who could honestly be expected to take the bait, has done a visitble-torso stream once, none of the other ENs explored the format.

Pico showed her face (with a mask) for a split second during the Christmas cooking-collab with Memory and then the video was edited by the fairy.
Funny thing is that...there are at least 4 & half full-body (still with a mask) fleshstreams from Pico PL available on youtube.

Loki had to edit a couple of videos, don't ask me why because I don't watch her but there were some discussions/speculations (cameltoe maybe?) on /pcg.
