Nope, but what we do know is that, whatever it was, people like Tenma, Panko, and seemingly Rie felt it was justified that management gave her some ultimatum that resulted in her termination. And that none of the Phase girls from back then follow her on Twitter nor have interacted with her since then. Even Lia, who considered Yuri her best friend back then. Obviously, none of that is concrete evidence of anything, but it's certainly noticeable.
