On the Wemi IQ thing, anyone that's functionally communicating in English is over 85. IQ is supposed to be normalized to Standard deviations at 15 point intervals.
If she's trying to figure out something from a Mensa test, that's the first mistake. As someone that could have qualified if I'd wanted to bother, there's a logic to the puzzle approaches they use to test. There testing leverages a bit too hard on certain aspects of pattern recognition, so the problem is less "I don't see what they're asking" and normally far more "I have no clue what they're asking" for anyone in the normal bands. It's why that's not really a good way to test normal scale intelligence.
I'm not a firm believer in IQ, but I am a strong believer in it being something like a 75% proxy for general tiers of intelligence. If you're able to handle algebra and communicate an idea, you're fine and you just need to work on improving whatever skills you have. And, truly, don't worry about the rest. The "rest" is for the 2+ SD to fight out about in weirdly autistic ways.

It's not anime fanservice because it's an illusion break, it's in a weird spot where the photos are too explicit to be tasteful glamour shots but not explicit enough to be pornographic, and I also can't see it working as a GFE thing for unicorns with a crush on her specifically since a) it's so heavily filtered it could be literally anyone and b) it's a staged photo that was obviously taken by another person in the room with her.

Loki actually has the most subs out of Phase JP, excepting Clara. Whatever she's doing, her audience seems to really like it, vtuber verisimilitude be damned.
As for the reason, I'm guessing her semi-professional modelling photos are part of her member's content, and helps advertise it, which does include streams with her body with Phase Connect's caveats on what can and can't be shown. Even if her pictures get leaked, that's just advertising her member's content and draws new members for her.
From what I've seen of her translated clips, it helps she's genuinely entertaining, which does give her a leg up over most twitch livestreaming sluts who look good and offer little else to their audience.
I don't like it either. But it does make sense.
Beyond Clio hitting over 7k CCV at the moment, she's been in severe Aussie mode from Civ6. The amount of Aussie swears is hilarious.
I think it's largely what Restless Rain said - it gets eyes on her and she's genuinely entertaining enough to keep quite a few of them. She even has a large English speaking fanbase if you look at comments on her posts/videos because she speaks just enough to keep English only viewers feeling seen while much of her Japanese content can be appreciated even without a full understanding of what she's saying. The first thing that comes to mind personally is the steam she did where the viewer had the PoV of being stuck down in a well... you can watch that without understanding a word of Japanese and still somehow feel like you're watching a Phase stream.

One thing I think people misunderstand - Loki is a genuine Phase Connect girl. People seem to mischaracterize her as a fleshstreamer that accidentally got into Phase Connect without knowing what she was getting into, but she was hired because she's Phase Connect material. She just also likes to fleshpost and fleshstream.
We need more phasemems to pick up multistreaming, just so Clio can redistribute the stacked raids on both platforms
