I will say I have spoken to people orbiting her circle in Discord that are surprised to hear Wishy is in fact trans, she REALLY doesn't bring it up.
Couldn't find it digging through all her media so I'm probably thinking of a different cow vtuber. Appreciate correcting me on Wishy, I'd hate to have Jelly leave Phase.

The horse thing is a red herring in my mind. Jelly's hints entirely all seem like trolling since there's nothing connecting them to the teaser videos on the phase-basement thing.
I'm like 99% sure on the Clio, Ami Amami, and MariMari guesses. Makes the most sense to me.

Why would either of these people go for this?
Ami makes sense because she's a small vtuber who has to juggle her streaming with her idol career - Phase can benefit her in both growing her audience and helping to manage the strain between the two.
The other two are successful fulltime streamers with one of them being partnered with Mythic and the other being a part of her own lil aussie indie club, which sure is unofficial, but still.

Since Wave 2, the actual work they do for Phase is done with new personas. Both Ember and Dizzy pulled up their Tsunderia models on streams, sure, but they're still Ember and Dizzy - entirely new identities created by Phase, for Phase.
Jelly still continues music production on her Moonjelly account, but doesn't refer to it at all on the company acc, keeping them entirely separate.
And if we're going with "Ami's gonna be one of the Invaders" theory, her going on hiatus suggests that the trend will continue and new Invaders will receive new personas.
I think they can still join as they are but they have to sell their souls and models to fishman in case one of them tries to do stupid stuff like yuri did
